Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is a hands-on, tactical role embedded in daily nursery operations. This position works directly on the production floor with planting, sorting, fertigation, and nursery teams to ensure work is performed exactly to SOP standards.
This role is focused on real time quality enforcement, immediate correction, and continuous operational improvement. The QA Supervisor observes work as it happens, coaches technicians on the floor, identifies inefficiencies, and implements practical process improvements. This individual also serves as the quality bridge between the nursery and the lab to ensure smooth intake, handling, and transition of plant material.
