We are seeking a dynamic Portuguese / Spanish Invoicing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring accurate billing, data entry, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Generate and review invoices in Portuguese and Spanish using our inhouse system
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding invoice inquiries, payment status, and account issues in a professional manner
