Concept Renaissance Services LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Remodeling Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! Responsibilities:
- Assist lead remodelers and tradespeople with residential and commercial renovation projects
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and staging tools and materials
- Support demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work as directed
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a bonus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
