At Concept Rehab, you'll work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals in a collaborative skilled nursing environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize function and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
