We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Adrian, Missouri on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for a flexible schedule while providing quality care to patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
• Provide professional, patient-centered care
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Missouri PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
