We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Alma, MI on a PRN basis. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive clinical team, and having the flexibility of PRN scheduling, this could be a great fit.
As an SLP, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with patients on communication, cognition, and swallowing needs while helping them maintain or regain independence.
In This Role, You Will
- Evaluate patients and identify individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Develop and provide appropriate treatment interventions
- Help patients improve communication and functional abilities
- Address swallowing and dietary safety needs as appropriate
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with families, caregivers, nursing, and other therapy professionals
- Participate as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For
- Current Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Ability to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team

Salary : $89,503 - $115,259
