Looking for a hard working, experienced maintenance technician to join our awesome team! Management company is seeking Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technicians to grow with our team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, clean, honest, hard-working and has a good attitude. Clean criminal background, and a clean motor vehicle record is required. Pre employment drug screening is required.
Some of the jobs are as follows: Troubleshooting and/or repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall. Work orders, turn overs (make readies), preventative maintenance, cleaning, general upkeep.
Must have a good eye for detail as a large portion of the job is preparing apartments for new tenants.
Requirements and Abilities:
- Requires a team-oriented person who will safely and efficiently assist in the repair or routine maintenance of rental properties.
- Able to read written instructions in the language provided (English)
- Must be able to work independently and have keen critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Handle tasks with professionalism and urgency
- Pre-employment drug testing and background checks
- Stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, lift up to 100 lbs, bend and crouch, etc.
