Concept Medical Pharmacy Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Washington, PA team on a full-time 2nd shift schedule. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer evening hours in a structured Monday–Friday schedule. Training is available for the right candidate.
Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor and Staff Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for preparing medications, performing dosage calculations, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution to patient care areas. The role also supports quality assurance processes to maintain safety and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Coursework in chemistry and mathematics preferred
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems and medication preparation (training provided)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology
- Basic pharmaceutical calculation skills
