Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist
Concept Care Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, skilled, and dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Downers Grove. This position will have you providing focused 15 minute massage for chiropractic patients as directed by the treating doctor, rather than traditional 60 minute full-body massages. This is unique opportunity where you can build your own massage business out of our office!
This is a unique part-time opportunity for a massage therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and would also like the opportunity to grow their own massage practice. In addition to working with our chiropractic patients, you’ll have the option to use available office space to see your own private massage clients outside of your scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide focused, 15-minute therapeutic massage sessions for chiropractic patients as directed by the treating doctor, rather than traditional 60-minute full-body massages during scheduled shifts
- Perform techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms
- Communicate effectively with our chiropractors and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
- Follow all applicable Illinois licensing requirements and professional standards
- Be dependable, punctual, and ready to see patients at scheduled appointment times
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Massage Therapist license
- Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, and/or sports massage
- Prenatal massage experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a healthcare team
Schedule
This is a part-time position with some flexibility.
Our current needs include:
- Monday and Wednesday afternoons 2pm - 6pm
- Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm
- Friday and Saturday mornings 8:30am - 1pm
We’re open to discussing the exact combination of shifts with the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35 per hour for all scheduled hours
