Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile delivery experience, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring successful execution of projects through effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning)
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps
- Track and report project progress, delivery metrics, and KPIs using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Support release planning, quarterly planning, and sprint execution cycles
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, insights, and delivery optimization
- Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders and leadership on project status
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, Agile delivery support, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards) or equivalent Agile tools
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-team deliveries
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and project execution tracking
- Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments
- Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting Apps & Data platforms or enterprise IT programs
- Familiarity with delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Experience in quarterly/PI planning and Agile release cycles
- Exposure to capacity planning and estimation processes
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
- Analytical mindset focused on delivery metrics and continuous improvement
