Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team onsite in Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across multiple regions, develop and analyze historical reports, and provide actionable insights from global datasets.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Reporting team to manage, analyze, and report on data for multiple clients worldwide.
- Develop comprehensive reports from historical datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize BI tools such as UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, and DOMO to produce live global reports.
- Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights for single and multi-client requirements.
- Present findings to stakeholders, offering recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
- Continuously improve reporting processes using the latest BI tools and techniques.
- Ensure reports meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, with a focus on global reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in BI tools: UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, DOMO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present complex information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
