Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business and technology teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for operational and system-related initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting backlog management, UAT, rollout activities, and process improvement initiatives, preferably within operations-driven environments such as logistics, supply chain, or transportation.

- Ensure requirements are well-structured, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirement clarification.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to ensure work items are ready for delivery.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating requirements, supporting test scenarios, and tracking issue resolution.
- Support product delivery, implementation, and rollout activities to ensure smooth adoption of business solutions.
- Develop business-facing documentation, executive updates, and process diagrams as needed.
- Interpret system flows, operational workflows, and basic technical architecture to support analysis and solution planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for business or technology initiatives.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in support of Agile delivery teams.
- Experience translating business needs into structured requirements and process documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog refinement and sprint support.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and Visio or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to interpret system diagrams, process flows, and basic technical architecture.
- Experience working in operations-heavy environments such as logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Experience with backlog management and prioritization.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product rollout activities.
