We are currently looking to hire a People Operations Intern to join our Corporate HR team in Kirkland, WA, for the Summer of 2026! This position allows for a hybrid work option. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an adaptable critical thinker who loves to take the initiative? We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting our People Operations department. This position will work cross-functionally to assist our People Operations, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams in providing administrative support, projects, and the recruitment process. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  

• Pursuit of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an applicable field. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced situations and sensitive information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, UKG, Monday.com and ATS (ideally Greenhouse but some ATS experience is preferred)
• Diligence with the ability to multitask in a professional environment 
• Experience working with challenging and interwoven calendars for scheduling 
• Professional judgment and decision-making skills; is comfortable in taking initiative and working independently
