PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Phoenix Valley, AZ & Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type: PRN / Per Diem

Pay: $51–$56 per hour

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) for flexible PRN/per diem opportunities throughout the Phoenix Valley, including Scottsdale.

This is a great opportunity for Physical Therapists looking for flexible scheduling, additional hours, or the ability to work around an existing schedule.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on patient needs and established care plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and establish appropriate therapeutic goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge information.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, mobility, and home programs.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Follow all applicable facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by the facility.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused.
