Role Description
This is a 13 week contract, on-site role for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist located in Boise, ID. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed, and collaborating with healthcare providers to accurately diagnose and treat medical conditions. Daily tasks include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Possession of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (N) or NMTCB - CNMT certification
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Knowledge and experience in Radiation Safety protocols
- Expertise in Nuclear Medicine procedures and techniques
- Experience with the preparation and administration of Radiopharmaceuticals
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Experience
