This isn't your typical entry-level job. It's a paid opportunity to prove yourself, develop valuable sales and recruiting skills, and earn a permanent position with unlimited earning potential.

What Makes This Program Different?

• For the first three months, you'll be hired as a Recruiter Trainee at $17.00/hour while completing our development program.
• During this time, you'll receive hands-on training from experienced leaders in healthcare staffing, learn our recruiting process, master industry-leading technology, and begin recruiting with coaching every step of the way.
• This program is intentionally designed as an opportunity to earn a permanent position, not simply be handed one.
• After completing training, you'll have approximately two months to demonstrate what you've learned by displaying professionalism, coachability, activity, accountability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Successful graduates will transition into a full-time Recruiter position.
