Registered Dietitian - LMG
Location: Concentra Louisville Metro Government Wellness Center
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm! (Clinic hours are between 7am - 7pm)

What You’ll Do
- Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to support healthy outcomes
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient-centered care
- Develop nutrition programs, classes, and educational materials
- Monitor patient progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and high standards of patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field
- Registered Dietitian credential through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Active state licensure or certification as required
- 2 years of dietitian or nutritionist experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary management, and food safety
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft applications
