As a Physician at Concentra, you are subject to the medical protocols established by Association and the Chief Medical Officer of Concentra and in cooperation with other physicians assigned to a clinic or “Center”, if any, Physician shall provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional medical care within the occupational health program.

Responsibilities
- Performs medical assessments and monitors appropriate care for patients
- Maintains clinical competency and ensures compliance with medical policies
- Collaborates with Medical Director to uphold professional standards in occupational medicine
- Participates in policy development and continuing education programs
- Recommends growth strategies and reviews center operations
- Provides medical coverage and budgetary input for multiple centers
- Ensures quality assurance and compliance with licensing bodies
- Represents organization at meetings and engages in workplace assessments
- Offers excellent customer service and exceeds patient expectations
- Demonstrates adaptability, time management, and commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Education Level: Doctorate Degree
- Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
- Must be board certified by ABPM, ABFM or other medical board in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
