Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, ensures exceptional experience, and exceeds at healthcare management.
- Monitors key clinical metrics for quality outcomes, manages clinicians and support staff for compliance, and implements changes for continuous improvement.
- Masters clinical systems for efficiency and compliance, drives patient and client experience metrics, and communicates with employers on new injuries and changes.
- Participates in meetings to improve quality and safety, maintains relationships with clients and payers, and manages staffing levels for optimal workflows.
- Leads collaboration within CLT for business outcomes, understands and contributes to financial drivers, and aligns center initiatives with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Medical Director experience
- Board certification / eligibility
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred; training available
- State licensure requirements; unrestricted DEA license required
- Eligibility for Medicare participation
