Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the OutSystems platform and hosted applications.
- Manage deployments, configurations, platform upgrades, and environment health.
- Monitor logs, server resources, and application performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Handle support tickets, runtime errors, and platform-related incidents.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve development and environment issues.
- Perform code reviews and support best practice adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with OutSystems 11 development and support.
- Proficient in SQL and OutSystems best practices.
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems platform upgrades.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
- Minimum 3 years of OutSystems development/support experience.
