Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions to understand current and future-state business processes.
- Leverage Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and methodologies to analyze, optimize, and automate business workflows.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work with Appian Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions using Appian BPM capabilities.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business rules, and use-case documentation.
- Support solution design discussions and validate proposed Appian solutions against business needs.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum teams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution support, and defect triage.
- Coordinate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and deployment.
- Prepare business documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation using Appian capabilities.
