We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator (Operations Admin Support) to join our team! You will support project planning, scheduling, administrative duties.Experience within a trade environment helpful. Prefer full time, but may consider someone trying to juggle other responsibilities (family or part time classes) needing a shorter shift. Ready to hire someone who can impact the needed workflow immediately. 3-4 month opportunity, possible extension if mutually agreeable.Responsibilities:Monitor and support project execution from planning to installationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupport onsite personnel by being accountable to retrieve reporting details for submission to GC andn/or OwnersCoordinate communications with project managers, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsCompile QC Data for analysis by management and submit owner reporting when requiredMonitor information and schedule portals and insure assigned team members meet reporting and submittal deadlinesQualifications:Previous experience in construction administration coordination/supportFamiliarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Building Connect, Hammertech plus well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel and OutlookStrong organization skillsStrong time management skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionWell established construction specialty contractor that is seen as a leader in our industry.
