Operations Support Specialist II

Job Summary

Located onsite at our Oakdale, CA facility, the Operations Support Specialist reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and supports purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling functions. You will ensure accuracy in transactions, assist with process improvements, and provide backup support across multiple departments.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of invoices, inventory transactions, and receiving paperwork.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide backup support for procurement, scheduling, inventory, and supply room functions.
• Monitor inventory reports and assist with purchasing activities.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
• Track deliveries and communicate order status to departments.
• Receive and inspect stock; address issues with vendors.
• Conduct cycle counts and support annual inventory audits.
• Process production orders and requisitions.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks, operates independently, collaborates with cross-functional teams when needed
• Maintain compliance with policies and complete documentation accurately.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and assist with training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Capable of performing accurate calculations and drawing insights from data

The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation:

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
