Line Operator 2nd Shift

Conagra Brands in Hagerstown, proud makers of Gardein, is looking for a Line Operator to join our 2nd shift team. You will join a team of about 250 and will report to the Production Supervisor.

Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:15pm - 12:00am | You will need to be available for possible weekend work

Starting Pay:

$20.28/hour $1/hour shift differential | Your wage will increase over time!

Essential duties:

• Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) for producing quality product

• Can follow production schedule

• Must follow all OSHA and Plant safety rules

• Assist operators with minor change-over aspects

• Will perform responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader

• Can work in climate-controlled area (40 degrees)

• Can work at elevated levels (working platform)

• Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds

• Can be trained to use a powered pallet jack

• Can be trained to use and enter information into data systems

• Complete basic math computation

• Understanding of weights and measurements

• Other tasks as assigned

• Previous manufacturing experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
