We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless experiences that reflect our company’s high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and product launches
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define event goals and logistics
Coordinate all event elements such as venue selection, catering, décor, scheduling, and staffing
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial efficiency
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
Prepare comprehensive event reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in event coordination or project management
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when needed
