Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teller located in Santa Ana, CA. The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by assisting members with financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate transaction records, cross-selling financial products and services, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Teller will play a key role in supporting members' financial needs in a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling, and balancing accounts
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy in transaction recording, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of credit union products, banking procedures, and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish and English
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is beneficial
