We are seeking a full-time or part-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our credit union, handling day-to-day teller transactions, assisting with member inquiries, and promoting our range of financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members with their financial needs, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience.
- Perform daily teller transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Answer member inquiries and provide information about our credit union’s products and services.
- Support our financial literacy workshops and community events as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to changing schedules.
- Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
