This position is responsible for tracking employee efficiency using a field specific computer program. This position helps COMTEX produce the highest quality linens to be delivered to over 40 area hospitals and more than 500 medical facilities. Our ideal candidate will consistently contribute to overall excellence that will meet or exceed customer expectations and team directives.
Job Description:
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
- Monitor staff production using Spindle software
- Assist in training new employees on production equipment
- Daily communication with management team regarding staff production
- Work with staff to make sure hourly and daily goals are met
SALARY: $18.00 per hour $1.10 Shift Differential on weekends and before 5:00am
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours per day.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Ability to organize work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.10 per hour
