HVAC Installer Marketing Manager – Residential Thermostats
Braeburn Systems is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer Marketing Manager to build stronger relationships with residential HVAC contractors and turn installer feedback into better products, training, loyalty programs and digital tools.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with HVAC installers and contractors across North America
- Lead Braeburn’s installer marketing and engagement programs
- Capture installer feedback, installation challenges and competitive insights
- Develop contractor loyalty, training, certification and advisory programs
- Translate installer needs into product, marketing and digital initiatives
- Support the Braeburn PULSE product roadmap and field testing
- Partner with distributors, Sales, Product Management and Engineering
- Measure installer engagement, product adoption and distributor sell-through
- 8–15 years of HVAC industry experience
- Direct experience working with residential HVAC contractors and distributors
- Strong knowledge of thermostats and residential HVAC controls
- Experience in installer marketing, contractor programs, channel marketing or field sales
- Familiarity with CRM, loyalty platforms, customer portals or marketing automation
- Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
Experience with Resideo/Honeywell Home, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, Daikin, Johnson Controls, Emerson or ecobee is preferred.
