Role Description

Comtech LLC is seeking an Entry-Level All Rounder Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Reston, VA. In this role, you will support various departments by managing administrative tasks, organizing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting with basic data entry. You will also handle correspondence, assist in preparing reports, and help ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position provides an opportunity to build foundational skills and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are also exploring ways to utilize and implement AI into our processes so some knowledge of AI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills, including document management and data entry
• Written and verbal communication skills for handling correspondence and reports
• Proficiency in basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• AI Knowledge is a plus
