Comtech Direct (CTD) is hiring Ground Hands / Telecom Laborers to support our coax and fiber construction crews across the MD/DE/VA region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the telecommunications industry, learn the trade, and move up.
Job Description
- Supporting aerial and underground construction crews
- Handling tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
- Setting up and breaking down job sites
- Traffic control support (when needed)
- Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and on time — every day
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew
- Physically able to lift, carry, and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions)
- No experience required — we’ll train the right person
