We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cable Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate field construction operations and personnel.
- Assign work and schedules for the in-house construction team.
- Perform detailed field surveys.
- Keep a comprehensive record of all ongoing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to field staff.
- Oversee the acquisition and tracking of necessary permits.

**Qualifications:**
