**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial Lineman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial cable systems. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and the ability to work safely at heights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair aerial cable systems.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aerial lines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with aerial cable systems.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Operate and maintain equipment used in aerial line work.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.

- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and aerial cable systems.

- Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
