Title: Sr Program Manager
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid. 3 days/week in office)
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee a fastpaced, technically complex program consisting of seven projects and more than sixty team members. This role drives alignment across teams, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining strong financial oversight of a large budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for both Program Management and Project Management.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risks, and issues.
- Lead stakeholder communication, engagement, and alignment across business and technical teams.
- Guide and support project managers on PMO processes, governance, and best practices.
- Lead planning and execution across seven interdependent projects.
- Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure clear communication.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, scope, and escalations.
- Oversee a large program budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Provide concise, accurate updates to senior leadership.
- Promote effective delivery practices and maintain quality across teams.
- Support decision making in a high velocity, technically challenging environment.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably in transformation or technical delivery programs.
- Experience managing large, multiproject technical programs.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Must have hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) project management
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on in facilitating PMO risk and review meetings, ensuring all meeting outputs, action plans, and follow-ups are thoroughly documented and executed.
- Strong expertise in Budget Management, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proven expertise in Multi vendor management, and resource planning.
- Ability to manage complex multi-phase releases, sprints, and global delivery coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing across teams and leadership levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent).
- Strong facilitation skills, including running stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, risk meetings, and leadership updates.
- Proactive leadership and team motivation skills, fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ability to lead large crossfunctional teams and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
