We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong development expertise, hands-on experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, build scalable digital solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure project development environments.
- Promote and follow development best practices.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
- Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers.
- Deliver technical solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide effort estimates for development work.
- Contribute to solution design and implementation decisions.
- Support production deployments and post-deployment activities.
Requirements:
- 8 years of web development experience with strong Sitecore expertise.
- Experience in Sitecore development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js and Next.js
- Extensive experience implementing Sitecore XM Cloud solutions with React and Next.js applications.
- Proven ability to build reusable, scalable components integrated with Sitecore CMS.
- Strong understanding of designing future-proof microsite architectures, considering scalability and maintainability.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate current vs. future implementation of trade-offs effectively.
- Experience developing high-performance, secure, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience integrating Sitecore XM Cloud Page Builder, drag-and-drop components, and personalization features into frontend applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new features and integrations within the Sitecore XM Cloud ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud best practices, design patterns, and common implementation pitfalls.
- Experience in structuring and organizing CMS content models with a long-term approach.
- Proficiency in developing Sitecore GraphQL queries for efficient content integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in Git and/or TFS.
- Experience with TDS (Team Development for Sitecore).
