Description:
o Manager is looking for Level 2 associates, someone who is exceptionally well in handling customer queries.
o This individual will be dealing with actual civil lawsuits and need to investigate customer’s claims thoroughly.
o This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation, doing regular follow ups, helping case managers and must have good understanding of California Lemon Law requirements.
o Initially this individual will be working on 10/20 cases a day however the volume of the cases will be increased with time. They will be making the case ready to take a decision.
o Also, this would be a 100% onsite position to start with and can become hybrid later if business approves
JOB DESCRIPTION
What we’re looking for:
The Customer Service Operations team is looking for TWO passionate and highly motivated temporary associates to assist the regional customer first team with processing lemon law cases.
What you’ll be doing:
o Preparation and dissemination of lemon law acknowledgment letters.
o Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
o Input repair history data and details (Sales Force/Guest Experience Platform GEP).
o Distribute customer cases to appropriate regional personnel.
o Assemble/Order documents for Toyota HQ and Legal department.
o Collaborate with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.
- Requirements:
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

o Strong written and oral communication
o Organizational and time management skills
o Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality
(Preferred):
o Understanding of California Lemon Law requirements OR someone with previous Legal background
o Previous automotive call center or customer relations experience
o Previous Toyota or Lexus experience
o Previous Dealership experience
