We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant II for one of our top utility-sector clients (name withheld per policy). This position supports daily operations at the Charleroi, PA site and offers excellent long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform clerical & administrative tasks: data entry, documentation, file management, mail distribution, invoice processing
✔ Prepare reports, presentations & professional correspondence
✔ Provide strong internal/external customer service
✔ Support calendar management, scheduling & administrative coordination
✔ Maintain confidentiality, accuracy & strong organizational practices
✔ Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3–6 years of administrative experience (Advanced/Senior levels considered based on interview)
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
🔹 Strong communication & multitasking ability
🔹 Excellent customer service skills
🔹 Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
🔹 Must pass the EEI Support & Administrative Selection System (SASS) test
