Responsibilities for IT Support Specialist
- Operate proactively to head off customer problems
- Hold security and stability as non-negotiable support requirements
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Provide friendly customer assistance
- Document interactions and steps toward resolution
- Use tools such as diagnostics to resolve issues
- Escalate issues to the next Tier where appropriate
- Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Qualifications for IT Support Specialist

- Industry certifications (A , Network , ACMT, etc) preferred
- Coding skills preferred
- 2 years of experience working in a help desk environment preferred
