This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diesel Mechanic located in Springdale, AR. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines, heavy equipment, and refrigerated trucking equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all vehicles meet established safety and operational standards. Working collaboratively with the team, the mechanic will contribute to minimizing downtime and ensuring the fleet's reliability.
- Experience in Vehicle Maintenance and Diesel Mechanics
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Heavy Equipment repair
- Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Commitment to safety and professionalism in all aspects of work
- Relevant technical certifications in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics are a plus
- Previous experience in transportation or refrigerated trucking maintenance is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
