Currently, we are seeking an Information Systems Security Officer to join our Team!
** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **
Description:
- Serve as an ISSO on customer supported networks
- Create and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) that comply with enterprise architecture standards, including security procedures
- Provide virus scanning services and install security updates and configure security policy IAW agency guidance
- Provide access controls to limit network access to only authorized users in accordance with Government policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining XACTA IA Manager for monitoring network systems to include preparation and review of documentation consisting of SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs)
Requirements:
- Security (Sec ) certification
- At least 2 years of IT experience
- Ability to multi-task, meet deliverables on time, excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
Desired Skills:
- ISSO Experience (Developing/Preparing SSPs, Risk Assessments and C&A packages)
- A good understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and what each role does: ISSO, DAO, SYSTEM OWNER, ISSM
- Understand the tools: XACTA, LATTEART, STE/STN, SEAR, BISCOTTI
