Job Description:
- Position cellular devices, services, and accessories
- Offer information about wireless products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Notate and update customer profiles based on interactions
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior customer service skills and bonus points if you have wireless or commissioned sales experience
- Must be willing to learn and implement an ethical sales approach
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Very organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must have a flexible work schedule which would include evenings, weekends, and holidays
