This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with technical inquiries related to building systems, automation platforms, and integrated facility technologies. The position supports a range of solutions designed to improve building performance, energy efficiency, safety, and occupant comfort, including:Building Automation & Control Systems – Integrated platforms connecting HVAC, lighting, shading, safety, security, and fire systemsHVAC Technologies – Systems that enhance energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and occupant comfortFire Safety Solutions – Detection, alarm, evacuation, and suppression systemsSmart Building Platforms – Digital technologies and applications used to monitor and optimize building operationsCloud-Based Building Management Software – SaaS solutions that enable centralized building performance monitoring and analytics This role works closely with field engineers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of product inquiries and technical issues.
