Responsibilities:1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including document filing, meeting coordination, and schedule management;2. Track daily sales figures, perform accounting duties to ensure complete and accurate store accounts, and promptly process store expense reimbursements and supplier payments; 3. Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, manage HR records; compile schedules and attendance data, handle ADP payroll processing and insurance coordination; 4. Track purchase requests, organize invoices, receipts, and inventory data; manage store inventory 5. Prepare operational and sales reports to support decision-making; assist with operational support during peak periods 6. Facilitate communication between store leadership and corporate departments 7. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required skill:Mandarin required as need to comunicate with people who speaks Mandarin.
