In this role, you will support the day-to-day product and project management of the company’s new intranet platform (Staffbase), helping drive employee registrations, improve engagement, and elevate the internal digital experience. The ideal candidate brings strong project and stakeholder management skills, experience with corporate intranet tools, and a digitally savvy mindset with an eye for user experience and continuous improvement.As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you’ll:Support the development, testing, and implementation of new Staffbase features and functionalities in partnership with the Communications and Enterprise Technology teams. Work closely with employees across the company to gather user insights and feedback to improve the intranet experience.Monitor platform metrics and analytics to surface insights that influence intranet strategy and user engagement.Recommend strategies and creative approaches for using Staffbase to enhance productivity and save time for employees.Assist with editorial needs, including publishing and updating content within Staffbase.Collaborate with Staffbase support to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution.Report directly to the Head of Global Internal Communications.Ideal candidate profile● Knowledge and experience with Staffbase is a major plus● Knowledge and experience with intranet or similar internal engagement corporate tools/applications a requirement● Strong project management skills● Strong stakeholder management skills● Strong time management skills● Experience and knowledge with understanding data, metrics and presenting insights● Experience with design, User Interface (UI), User Experience Daily tasks● This role will be supporting the day-to-day product and project management of company's new intranet platform (Staffbase), continuing to drive registrations and develop innovative ways to increase engagement.● Support the development, testing, and implementation of new Staffbase features and functionalities working closely with the Comms team and Enterprise Technology team.● Regularly work with all company employees to get user feedback and insights to continuously improve the experience.● Monitor platform metrics and analytics to present insights that shape intranet strategy.● Offer strategy and ideas for using Staffbase to boost productivity and time-savings for employees.● Support ad-hoc on editorial content, such as publishing content on Staffbase.● Work as needed with Staffbase to escalate issues or problems and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner.● Reports to the Head of Global Internal Communications.
