This role delivers both strategic and tactical solutions across all integrated inbound and outbound systems. The position leverages Azure Logic Apps middleware, API-based services, and Salesforce data integrations to enable end-to-end flows for clinical inputs, eRx services, drug fulfillment, claims processing, payment services, label and print functions, shipping workflows, and operational support activities.
The resource creates architectural options, process optimizations, and system solutions that improve platform performance, integration reliability, and alignment with business needs. This job family leads engineering and architectural initiatives for commercial technologies, collaborates with product managers on strategic roadmaps, evaluates current and target-state architectures, identifies improvement opportunities, and delivers solutions guided by strong engineering and architectural principles.
Skills:
- 8–12 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience designing and managing middleware integrations using Azure Logic Apps and pipelines
- Technical experience with T-SQL, Windows Server, SwaggerHub, Apigee, Splunk, Postman, and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with GuardianRX, Cperx, Queen City, CMS WordLink, Omnisys, and Genesis is a plus
- Experience across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, system design, development, deployment, and application enhancement
- Ability to translate business objectives into strategic technology and architectural plans
- Strong leadership and stakeholder partnership skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology with business goals
- Solid understanding of infrastructure platforms, including operating systems, databases, application servers, and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience is a plus
