Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.57/hr. – $19.03/hr. DOE
Position Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts onto a belt-fed surface finishing machine
- Acid wash and polish parts
- Pack parts to ship
- Maintain quality and efficiency
- Follow all plant Safety procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e. applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with blueprints and work instructions
- Attentive to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to perform other tasks within the department as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift 10-20 lbs.
- Ability to work in an environment of oil, coolant, and metal chips
