Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.23/hr. – $21.43/hr. DOE
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all functions of a multi-station assembly machine including configuring equipment, loading, operating, and optimizing its performance.
- Monitor machine, oversee its maintenance, and perform quality checks at set intervals to ensure it runs at full capacity.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor mechanical repairs as needed.
- Cross train for various assembly jobs in assigned work area.
- Test and adjust locks.
- Label and package completed locks.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e. applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process).
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing basic production machinery issues and breakdowns
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
