About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team and work directly with our Controller! This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a few years of bookkeeping experience who's ready to take on more responsibility and develop their skills across all aspects of accounting operations. You'll get hands-on experience with the full accounting cycle in a supportive environment where your work directly impacts the business.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop
- Work closely with our Controller on accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
- Support month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Take on expanding responsibilities as you grow in the role
- Help streamline and improve our accounting processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's a plus!)
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication abilities
