**Role will be hybrid**6 month contractJOB DESCRIPTION:The Advertising team plays a critical role in the development of marketing efforts and touchpoints to acquire new prospects to the company. You will be part of the Brand & Advertising team JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The ideal candidate will have financial services knowledge (nice to have), creative production experience and have worked at an ad agency or on the client side. He or she will be able to jump in and take on a range of assignments, including:•Support Head of Advertising in development of new advertising campaign including 2 x TV commercials, paid social assets, and integrated launch across marketing channels (organic social, website, internal channels, PR, etc.)•Work directly with agency partners, serving as main point of contact from creative development through production•Manage internal reviews and provide clear, action-oriented feedback and direction to creative agency•Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and teams stay on track•Manage production budget, including working with cost consultant and agency partners to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible and getting the best rates for the work•Coordinate with media teams on all media requirements including channels, platforms, specs, delivery deadlines, etc.•Manage the trafficking and delivery process of assets to media agency partners, including understanding and communicating specs requirements to creative agency and overseeing final dispatch to ensure hand-off goes smoothly•Support Advertising Analyst by providing oversight and guidance in project delivery•Experience developing broadcast creative for a major brand a must; understanding of pre-production, production and post-production process and working with a creative agency•Social experience a must; understanding of both paid and organic channels with an understanding of platform best practices and user experience•Develop compelling presentations in .PPT that tell a clear story and showcase our work•Work on special projects, as neededQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:•6-8 years of experience•Deep understanding of advertising best practices and marketing principles•Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leadership teams•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment•Experience in managing a direct report a plus•Careful attention to detail•Team player, hard-working, resourceful•Proactive, problem-solving mentality with ability to manage and complete projects independently•Process-oriented but ability to be agile when needed•Familiarity with developing presentations in .PPT is a plus
