A role you will love

As a Mail Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing mail enclosing processing in an ISO & Financial Communication Service environment focused on 100% accuracy in compliance with company service and risk management standards. In this role, you’ll help ensure all mailings include the correct inserts, avoid duplication, and meet strict privacy, compliance, and quality standards. You’ll also work to keep the machines running smoothly and efficiently while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Set up mail inserting equipment in accordance with job instructions.
• Load correct components onto machine per job.
• Perform regular and detailed quality checks on all components and finished envelopes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Record/Reconcile daily work to meet our ISO standards and job instructions.
• Ensure related procedures are followed within guidelines.
• Escalate any non-conformance for jobs or schedule.
Perform basic machine maintenance to maintain proper machine performance

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to communicate clearly and effectively across teams, coordinate and self‑manage assigned tasks, and consistently deliver work that meets high quality standards within required timeframes.

You'll also bring:

• Minimum of six months of experience as a Mail Operator, or two years of experience operating production inserting equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Flexibility to adapt effectively within a continuously changing work environment
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Compensation . The typical base pay range for this role is $19- $23/hour USD.
